The Loyalty Factor – How to Get it and Keep it

When we ask our “Special Docs” what is one of the most important aspects of the practice of primary care medicine, most physicians tell us it is the unique and sustaining relationships they develop with their patients. The more they are able to learn about their patients’ lives, both personal and professional, the more they are able to understand about individual family dynamics and medical histories, the better they are able to diagnose and treat.

This “bonding” between physician and patient consistently ranks high in value when we review our Patient Satisfaction Surveys (which we advise our physician-clients to undertake every few years).
