A healthcare growth executive with more than 25 years of experience, Ted has built his career at the intersection of physician partnership and practice transformation. Most recently, as Vice President of Growth at Privia Health, he onboarded more than 100 physician partners annually and delivered over $5 million in new recurring revenue in his first year, earning the company’s 2025 President’s Club award. Previously, as Associate Vice President of Growth & Business Development at Avance Care, he helped drive more than $30 million in incremental revenue and expand the network to over 40 locations statewide. His expertise spans physician partnership acquisition, market expansion and de novo development, and value-based care economics, with earlier commercial leadership roles at Abbott, Spacelabs Healthcare, and Sanofi.

Known for building trusted, long-term relationships with physicians, Ted thrives on helping independent practices grow on their own terms. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Elon University.
