Helene Gelberg joined Specialdocs Consultants in November 2012 as a Patient Account Manager. During her first four years, she immersed herself in the details of membership billing and developed a deep understanding of concierge medicine.

Her adaptability and growing expertise led to a transition into the role of Client Services Manager, followed by a promotion to Senior Client Services Manager.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Helene began her career in her family’s custom retail furniture business, where she gained invaluable experience in business operations and growth strategy.

Today, as Senior Client Services Manager, Helene is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of Specialdocs’ physician-clients. Her strong interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with her commitment to exceptional service, make her a highly valued member of the client services team.
